Terms and conditions of use

When you place an order on our webstore you agree of all the terms and conditions of sale and our website. If you do not agree on the terms, please do not use our webstore.

Ordering

When ordering and registering to our webstore you must enter all contact information correctly. If you submit incorrect address while registering to our webstore it might cause your order to be lost in mail. If your order is lost in mail due to incorrect address which you have provided to us we might hold you responsible for the mistake and might not refund or resend your order.

Ordering multiple items

If you are looking to buy a larger quantity from us, please contact us to get a bulk pricing discount! Orders of 5 items or more are eligible for bulk pricing discount.

Your shipment and delivery

All orders are shipped generally within 0-1 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays.

All product prices include Australian tax, postage (standard delivery), packaging and handling.

Data Fellows chooses to insure some shipments, some shipments might require signature on delivery.

If you choose Australia Post Express Post (where available), your product will arrive normally within 1-3 days in selected areas. Express Post additional postage will be calculated at checkout.

If you choose Data Fellows Free delivery method, we will determine the best delivery method for your order. Most shipments are delivered by Australian Post.

All products are packed well by Data Fellows so you should receive your product undamaged.

If you didn't receive your order within 10 business days after your payment (5 business days if you chose Express Post) or it has been damaged during shipment, please contact us at: contact@datafellows.com.au. Do not ship back your order before hearing from us. It is our promise that we handle your case as fast as possible.

If we can confirm that your order has been lost in mail, we will either post the same product(s) to you again or refund your order.

Payment

When you make an order in our webstore you agree to pay the order in full. We will ship your order only after we have received your full payment.

30 days returns policy and refunds, all returns

For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your order you can return the products back to us within 30 days after receival and get a full refund, no questions asked. You must first contact us at contact@datafellows.com.au to receive instructions how to return your order. In general, you must pack the goods well and choose a shipping method which we can sign to receive and add shipping insurance if we have added insurance when we shipped the item to you. You are also required to use appropriate delivery method and service, similar to Australian Post and you are responsible to pay for the return postage. Once we have received your shipment, we will inspect the products to check that they have not been used and that the packaging has either not been opened or the packaging is in good condition so that the products can be re-sold. If the packaging has been damaged, we will charge restocking fee up to 30% as the products must be re-sold at a discounted price. If the product has been used or damaged we might refuse to refund your order and if you want your item back you are responsible to pay for the return shipment with insurance back to you.

You may not return or ask for a refund for any software or gift cards that you have purchased.

Warranty

All our electronic products come with a standard 3 to 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated on product pages. All warranty related issues are dealt in Sydney. We ensure you that we will deal with every warranty related issue quickly and without any unnecessary delay. If you have any warranty related questions or if your product has a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately at contact@datafellows.com.au. You should receive a reply from us within the same or next business day to all email communication!
